Shipping Policy

  1. We courier to all major cities across India. Shipping is free for orders above Rs. 2,000

  2. The lead time for the order to be dispatched is 2 business days. For delays not within our control, the customer will be informed & the shipment timelines will be adjusted accordingly. Our general timeline for shipping once the order is placed is 7-10 business days. 

  3. Our operations are running on all days except Sundays, bank holidays and national holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the following business day.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Customers can cancel the orders within 24 hours of placing the order.

  2. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled; however, the customer shall always be entitled to return the said order under the Return Policy below, subject to the terms thereof.

  3. The amount will be returned to the source of payment.
