How can I track my order?

You can easily track your order under My Account > My Orders. You can find your tracking number in your email confirmation. Kindly enter that number here to see the status of your shipment. Alternatively if you do not have an account with us, you can also track your order under "Track my Order" on the website footer under "May We Help You". You can shop without creating an account. However, upon signing up with us you will have access to multiple added benefits on discounts, loyalty points and new trending updates.

What are your shipping charges?

We offer free delivery for all orders over Rs. 2,000. For orders below Rs. 2,000 the amount is as per your delivery pincode and will be shared with you on checkout.

What are the shipping timelines?

Our standard shipping policy is 7-10 business days. If the product takes longer to deliver, it will be specified on the product page under "Return & Shipping".
