Shipping, Cancellation, Return/Exchange and Refund Policy
Shipping Policy
We courier to all major cities across India. Shipping is free for orders above Rs. 2,000
The lead time for the order to be dispatched is 2 business days. For delays not within our control, the customer will be informed & the shipment timelines will be adjusted accordingly. Our general timeline for shipping once the order is placed is 7-10 business days.
Our operations are running on all days except Sundays, bank holidays and national holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the following business day.

Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel the orders within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled; however, the customer shall always be entitled to return the said order under the Return Policy below, subject to the terms thereof.
The amount will be returned to the source of payment.
Return Policy
Every product page mentions if the product can be returned and a specific return window, if any. Unless mentioned otherwise, the return window is 7 days from the date of delivery.
Our return processing window is 10-15 days
Products must contain the original tag & be unused for the return to be accepted and refund to be issued. If the returned product does not meet the aforesaid conditions, then the request for return will not be processed. At the request of the customer, the product can be sent back to him/her/it and the customer will be charged a flat rate shipping of Rs.150 for the said return to the customer.
Orders with any customization are non-returnable & non-refundable
We will not be liable to process any request for returns, and the customer will not be entitled for any refunds, in the instance the return has been rejected by the vendor upon receiving the product for reasons including but not limited to, the product being damaged, the reason for return being incorrect, the product having been altered. If the customer so requests, the said product can be returned to the customer and the customer will be charged a Rs. 150 delivery fee to ship the product back to him/her/it.
Only in the following instances will the product be eligible for a return, subject to the other terms and conditions of the Return Policy:
The product code doesn't match; incorrect product sent
The product is of the wrong size or colour
The product is reaching its expiry or has already expired
The product is damaged
The following products shall not be eligible for a return under this Return Policy:
products that are specifically termed as non-returnable on the respective product page/in the product description
Customised products under clause 3(d) above
products that have been damaged or altered as per clause 3(e) above
Sexual wellness, beauty, food, innerwear
products that do not meet the conditions under clause 3(c) above
Same product code as order
Return process:
The customer will be required to fill the return form stating the reason for return. Our customer care executive will get in touch with the customer via email/call & subsequently share the return confirmation. The product will be collected from the customer’s delivery location via our shipping partner. Once the product reaches our vendor warehouse, the same shall be subject to inspection by the respective vendor. Subject to the product complying with the terms and conditions of this Return Policy, the return request will be processed by us, and the refund shall be issued in accordance with the Refund Policy below.
Exchange policy
Exchanges are subject to availability of the product requested in exchange and at our sole discretion.
In the event an exchange is not possible due to lack of availability from our end, or, we determine to not process an exchange request, a refund will be issued subject to the terms and conditions of the Refund Policy.
The delivery of the exchanged product will be issued subject to the terms and conditions as stated in the Shipping Policy.
Refund Policy
Upon confirmation from the Avas Shop Customer Care Executive, refunds will be made to the original mode of payment. The processing time is 10 business days
In the case of the shipment not being accepted at delivery, the refund will be initiated once the product reaches our vendor warehouse.
Refunds will strictly be processed subject to, and in accordance with, the Return Policy, the Cancellation Policy and the Exchange Policy.
The customer will be notified via email once the refund has been processed
